WHY do you need a REaltor?
Normally I'm a DIY person and recommend it, but when it comes to selling your house that is one thing you don't want to do by yourself. You need a realtor. Not only for listing, marketing, negotiating, endless paperwork, and finally moral support, but because FSBOs (for sale by owners) sell on the average for 9% less than a house marketed with a realtor who only charges a portion of that!
The most important factor in selling a house is pricing it correctly. When listing your house, I will first do a comparative market analysis (CMA) which compares your property to properties that have recently sold to accurately determine the correct list price .
